The bar closed at 9 p.m. which is a too early. It's old, but really close to all the national sites in Washington. And clean. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The location was in a nice, quiet area near George Washington university nestled among dorm rooms. It was a 15 minute walk to national mall, the museums and monuments. It had a fully equipped kitchen and with a CVS nearby to get groceries , we cooked breakfast in the room. There is also a cute restaurant downstairs with great food. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and they even provide you with free water bottles. We will definitely be staying again!!
