The staff was so kind and friendly the manager was excellent. Craig got me a refund for my staff when we had to leave early due the snowstorm was in Washington DC. The room was really nice and clean. I didn’t like the complementary breakfast. It was open and guest was just touching food with out utensils. I didn’t find that sanitary so I didn’t eat anything.

Parking is expensive but we were able to find street parking (for free because it was a weekend and holiday). Best of all, location is fabulous walkable distance to the mall and museums

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and functional, and the bedding was of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated our time here, and the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus. We would happily stay here again!

Very nice room, with a classic feel. Parking isn't the best. I got lucky, it was a holiday so parking was free a couple blocks over, otherwise the only options are 50$ a night.
