Our second stay at this exceptional property. It is so welcoming, clean, safe, with outstanding hosts. My mom and I stay at this property before an early morning flight and yes, Juan has kindly got up early and driven us to the airport!!! Completely above and beyond. The accommodation is state of the art with all you need and more. I highly recommend.

The unit was clean and quiet!! Owner was attentive and very willing to help, provide information and directions to local shopping, dining, parking, etc. I do have a recommendation that the bedroom window treatment be darkened because of the neighbor having exterior fence lighting right outside the window. I need total darkness for restful sleep and I know a lot of people are that way. It's a smart home so lights came on and off as you entered rooms,.which was helpful because you don't have to search for switches! Coffee pot and supplies provided, so many other snacks and drinks provided, even little slippers!! It was perfect! Will stay again if available. The government shut down was in effect so we didn't get to check out the museums, but will be going again!!

Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure.

Pleasant stay

Nice & clean space. The "snack station" was a nice touch. Juan was very informative and helpful. I did not care for the "smart" features of the apartment nor did I care for the neighborhood. There was a lot of police activity near by.The accommodations were as listed.

Cozy unit. Host very professional. Cabinet with wine n snacks was really cool. Some things could be tweaked…decaf coffee/tea, new bathroom rug, n maids shouldn’t hang it on the towel rack! Highly recommend visit to The Wharf for dining!

Weekend Fun Visit

Host is awesome! Very responsive. Great place to stay. Only concern was pillows were not very good. Great location for proximity to DC, neighborhood left a little too be desired. We would definitely stay there again. Snacks and drinks were very nice touch.

Great home away from home

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Very polite Juan is amazing hosting you as a guest. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are already home. The Banger

Juan and his wife are amazing. They go the extra mile to try and make your stay a great one. The soap dispenser didn’t work in the bathroom and they had it fixed within hours. The location of the home is a 15 minute walk (.6 mile) to the nearest subway station. It rained one day so that wasn’t much fun. The unit is cute but sound travels. Overall a great stay because of great and responsive hosts.

Hosts go above and beyond to give you a good experience. All of the amenities you could need are provided, and it was very cozy and comfortable. I would not recommend walking in the area, but the location is a short ride into the city and was mostly quiet during my stay. Would recommend!

Wedding Weekend

Everything went well. Host was pleasant, helpful and courteous. Safe neighborhood. We had a wedding to attend at The Wharf. Location made it easy for us to get in and out of the festivities. Would stay here again.

A gem in Anacostia!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property! Juan is such a gracious host and the property was perfect for what we needed! Loved the snacks and drinks that were there for us as well. Definitely a 5 star place!
