This hotel was in a great location to walk to all of the museums. The room was very comfortable. The dining was excellent. We chose to eat all of our meals at the hotel, the food was amazing and the wait staff was top notch.

Here’s a polished and thoughtful rewrite of your review: ⸻ The Henley Hotel has the charm of a classic European boutique stay — small, well-maintained, and full of character. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was a nice touch and always served with care. While our stay did come with an unexpected room issue (through no fault of the staff), management and maintenance responded quickly and professionally, ensuring we were accommodated without hesitation. Despite the hiccup, the overall experience and hospitality leave me confident I’d return. The hotel is clearly well cared for, and the people running it make all the difference.

Wonderfully situated, convenient, close to all the important things to see and do. Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help. My room was at 59 degrees and although I tried to change the temp it was either that or turning the ac off. I asked for help and they couldn’t fix it. That’s too cold, even for me!

I was my husband and my 25th Anniversary and we wanted a quiet place to spend a weekend away. This was the perfect place! The staff was engaging and welcoming. The room was absolutely stunning and we were on the 8th floor which was quiet. We will be going back!
