Hotel and Staff were wonderful and excellent I gave it a ok rating because there were no microwaves after buying food you couldn’t heat it up. There were no vending machines where we can buy bottle of water, snacks or anything. Didn’t no about the $50 parking per night thank goodness we were only staying one night for the graduation at Howard University

So I’ve been seeing a lot of these reviews and a lot of them may have been situational or gross over exaggerations. The hotel was clean, staff was professional. There were no bed bugs, no roaches or anything like that. I will say the hotel could use a much needed update and upgrade but for the price point I was comfortable
