We loved the pool with the city pool. The service overall wasn’t great with the only exception of the FD lady who attended us during the check in. The restaurant service wasn’t good, as well as the pool service. To finalize our experience, we woke up at 6 am for a fire alarm that was on for around 20 min, because of this we couldn’t go back to sleep. When we expressed our concern at the check out, they didn’t do anything to make up, not even apologize. You go to a hotel to rest, and paid a decent amount for this, not to wake with a fire alarm that makes you feel unsafe and be Ok with that.

Perfect One Night Stay

I was only staying for one night and this was the perfect hotel. Great location near the subway and walking distance from dozens of restaurants. The receptionist let me check in early which was real kind of her. The room was great. I had a view of the city. Everything was clean. No complaints

The bathroom and table on balcony was dirty and when housekeeping arrived she made excuses and still didnt clean toilet well I had to clean it myself. Luckily, I always bring my own cleaning supplies when I go away

This hotel was in a perfect location for us to walk to the majority of sights that we came to DC to visit. The staff was attentive and polite; I do think the front desk staff could have been informative during check- in, i.e., location of different amenities offered by the hotel, fitness center, restaurant, etc. Overall, I would recommend this facility and would stay here again if / when I return to DC!

Upon arrival, the hotel looked beautiful. Pulling into the property, the outside and the lobby were very nice, and I was excited to stay here. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill after check-in. when I first arrived early in the morning around 12 a.m., I parked in the garage and found the entrance to the hotel from there to be a little sketchy and poorly lit — it honestly made me feel uneasy walking in. I stayed here with a friend — we booked the exact same room type but received completely different setups. My room was larger with a bigger bed and TV, while hers was noticeably smaller. Despite the size difference, my TV didn’t work at all. I couldn’t operate it properly, and it never got fixed during my stay. The biggest issue was with housekeeping. Even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign up the first night, I was woken up at 9 a.m. by housekeeping knocking on my door. The next day, despite the sign still being on my door, housekeeping entered my room while I was in the bathroom and started cleaning while I was still inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. While the staff was polite and the pool was nice, the privacy issues and room inconsistencies were unacceptable — especially for the price I paid. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re strictly looking for a budget option

Perfect Location with Outstanding Service

Excellent location. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, helping us every step of the way. Parking was convenient and easy to find, and the in-and-out privileges were great. You can also park there until 6 pm on the day of checkout at no additional charge, which is a fantastic perk.
