You see a lot of reviews of the place being loud, it’s not at all besides a car alarm going off other than that the staff was pleasant did not need much from them check in was simple, room was clean, location is close to DuPont circle 10min walk for the metro, would stay again.

I had a good stay. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. They offer aminties like a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, which is super helpful. We were able to use a pullout bed for only $20 a night. The location is great, with lots of places to eat. Overrall we had a great experince using Expedia. I recommend your website for anyone planning to travel.

I never checked in. When I arrived, there had been a power outage. There was no heat, hot water etc. Staff didn't know the power would be restored. With that, I had to go to another hotel. This is probably a great property otherwise.
