The property had a bunch of little houses which had rooms in them. The POOL IS NOT OPEN. Which was a huge let down cause we had two children that were looking forward to it. Call this location before you book if a pool is important to you. They said parks Canada hasn't approved there pool yet. The rooms them self are older and some of the brick patios are falling apart which is a huge tripping hazard. Some of them are loose as well, watch your step. Location is great close walking distance to downtown.

Nice to have individual buildings named after animals. Great to have the option of AC or fireplace in the rooms. Restaurant in the main building was good for the meal we had there.

I stayed in the pet friendly room and we had a awful experience we found left over food in the microwave and toothpicks under the sink, when we brought that up to the staff their replied was : “sorry about that”

Beds are comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Parking is convenient. I found crumbs on the counter but other than that the rest of the room is clean. However there's a strong smell of cigarette and febreeze in the room, made my throat hurt. The lamps by the bedside in 2 of the rooms have no lightbulb. One fan is not working. The toilet does not flush. So were not that happy with the experience.

Originally booked Deluxe King through a 3rd party booking service but at check-in our room had a water issue so we’re given a cheaper King with less amenities. The refund for the cost difference is a process now and seemingly not quick to resolve. We were disappointed with our room as well - dimly lit, noisy from neighbours above and beside us, bed mattress was high at the feet and leaned to one side. Our stay last year was excellent but after this stay we will likely find other accommodations.

Rooms were dated however very clean, and extremely comfortable beds. Water pressure and showers were awesome. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make everything wonderful.

We were extremely and pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay. Our room was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect as we were right in the townsite.

I specifically asked for a ground level room as lm in a wheelchair and got a room on the second level with no elevator. Haven’t walked on my feet in years as to keep the pressure off. Absolutely irate. One should be able to specify the desired room at point of entry
