Overall, this was just okay. The front desk staff were slightly accusatory, so not a great first or last impression. The room itself was nice, but there was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogged up if you had a shower without leaving the door open. There were items missing from the mini bar. There was something wrong with the in-room ipads, so my room service order didn't go through (it's lucky I checked). I ordered a steak, which was very chewy, and a cheese platter. The cheese was nice but there were no nuts (as promised on the menu). The TV options were fairly standard - it would be great if the hotel invested in Netflix. The saving grace was the fitness area - the spa pool and sauna were divine. Don't get me wrong, I had a great time, but I don't feel that what I experienced matched my investment.

The room was very clean, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The mini bar was well stocked and the prices were very reasonable. Most hotels today don’t provide a complete toilet amenities kit, so I was very impressed with the management for including this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bolton. And Sauna was surprised I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna

We stayed at the Bolton for one night and booked the premier studio room. I requested a quiet room as we were arriving late and leaving early the next morning and I am a light sleeper - needed the restful sleep. We were assigned room 208 and at first blush, it was nice and comfortable. We went to bed and were rudely woken up at 4am with loud banging noises outside our room window. It was the garbage truck picking up from the hotel at 4am. The loud noises from the garbage pickup went on for almost 30 mins and we had barely gone back to sleep again when the next service truck arrived. It was a constant stream after that until we gave up trying to sleep and got ready to leave. I tried to mention this to the person at the front desk and he had the audacity to blame the hotel across the street for being the cause of the noise, knowing fully well what had happened. It was clear from his indifferent attitude that we were not going anywhere and we were in a bit of a rush to leave. An apology was all that was needed. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to the Bolton, ever.

Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming! Had a studio king and the room was spacious and the bathroom was very large. Room was very clean and loved the option of being green by not having cleaning service everyday. My husband used the gym and was impressed w/the free weights. Bed was super comfortable, hotel is centrally located in CBD (but very quiet), and close to bus stop and shopping.
