Room is outdated for a 4 star hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful We did not use the amenities. We were upset with the equipment provided in the room. We used the Iron, but, with its old age, the heating settings were not clear, and my wife ended up burning my daughter clothes just prior to an important event to attend. We had to rush in and buy another clothing that cost around $300.

Room was fine. Not enough towels for a family of four but rectified by staff. Talking about them, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Especially the young lady on evening shifts. Nice breakfast. Somewhat central setting once you get your bearings... Fantastic city. Awesome country.

I'm a return guest; the hotel is in a great central location and close to public transport. Spotless room, very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities including a bar. Breakfast had great variety, and the quality of food was fabulous, as always. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here again.

The parking is not convenient and we need to park next to public parking area with 25? Dollars per day. If you need to stay in the city then it is close to city and you can walk to everywhere in the CBD area.
