First impression was underwhelming. For the price paid, the lobby was small and poorly appointed (couch, but no end tables, so if you're waiting for someone, you have to place your coffee on the floor) front desk staff were professional, personable and polite, the Manager seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed when we approached her with our concerns. She was ineffective at conveying care and concern. Only one elevator to serve 8 floors during peak season. All guests were very vocal about the extremely long waits for the elevator with all their gear. Elevator is improperly programmed, so calling the elevator from the lobby has you going on a milk run down to P4, and calling the elevator from the 6th floor has you collecting people from the 8th. Felt sorry for the folks in robes and slippers shoulder to shoulder with chilly folks coming off the hill with snow on their boots. Hot tub was under temperature with an abundance of revolting scum indicating unbalanced water. The spa serves as a hallway to the pool, so I could hear screaming children during my massage. No on site restaurant. One gym at their sister property was undersized to serve two hotels. Seemed like an after thought, with 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbells with missing weights in the sequence, and 10 sq ft of space to do your work. Bolt missing in bench made it unsafe to use, and Frank Sinatra playing was awful gym ambience. Robes were so small that it was tight on my 5ft frame and my husband couldn't use it.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable clean rooms, amazing breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub great for apres ski. The ski locker in the nearby hotel right on the slopes is perfect. Wonderful family experience. Will be back!

Excellent room and the perfect location. Highly recommend this hotel. Walk out the door and you are in the village shopping. Gondola is a short walk past some stores in the village. Excellent restaurant next door.

This hotel is very middle of the road for the price you pay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They only have 1 elevator working until March 2026, which results in long waits for the elevator and often times it is full when it arrives. This is not acceptable. I would recommend one of the other top tier resorts over this one if the options are available.

The staff was great, the room large for 4 adults. One change would be to add smart tvs as when don't want to go out at the end of a great day at the mountains, watching a movie we choose would have been relaxing. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, fireplace dried wet clothes and the toom.

My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. Pool and hot tub were a great temp and never too crowded. Especially love how robes and slippers for kids are provided, just let the hotel know your kids age and they will provide the right sizes. The complementary shuttle service came in handy for going to restaurants outside the main village.The ski valet/locker was great. The lockers are located on the main level of the Pan Pacific Mountainside and are large enough for 4 ski's and poles. No room for boots. I suggest carrying your boots to the lockers and putting on your ski boots there. All staff were great! Only a few small things. - No ability to access streaming services on any of the TV's in the room. Limited to local live TV and paid movies. In this day and age, this should be standard. - The ski locker room does provide commentary towels for drying your ski's however, I found the basket always empty and no one around to ask for a towel. - The breakfast buffet while great, was the same everyday. Scrambled, Eggs, potatoes, sausages, Danishes, fruit and a couple of cereals. Would be good to see a variety from day to day. - We found our room to have a significant draft from the windows and doors. No big deal.

We stayed 8 days at Pan Pacific and we were all really impressed with the service, cleanliness, breakfast options, and comfort! The staff all went above and beyond from front desk, breakfast, room attendants, and bell service! The room was spacious and had everything you needed to cook meals in room! The location was great to access everything in Whistler Village. The access to the ski locker at sister hotel was perfect for storing everything needed for mountain. The hotub was amazing after a full day of skiing and the added touches of snacks at the apres ski was perfect. We loved out stay and will definitely sta again next time in Whistler. They still only had one elevator working which didn’t bother us, as we just used the stairs. And I was nervous about the breakfast that included, but they were plenty of hot options available, along with fresh pastries, fruit and a coffee machine and juices! It was a great added touch to not have to go out for breakfast! Thanks Pan Pacific for making Christmas at Whistler magical!
