The old style camp facilities were acceptable and the location and outdoor landscape was good. Unfortunately the damp musty smell in the cabin was overpowering which impacted negatively.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit turned up was given a 1 bedroom unit went back to office door locked no one get hold of was tied so just unpacked. Room was ok just not what booked so made things awkward and not told what even happened. Plus first night turned on fan broken told office next day heard nothing and 2nd night fan still broken

Cute little campground in need of some refurbishment. Rooms were not super clean and taps were challenging to turn off. Soap in ladies loo empty for some time. It appears to be for sale so could be great again soon. Nice location for exploring Coromandel.

The campground changed our booking who had been confirmed and where getting us to move into a second location for the second night with an additional charge, when I sent confirmation we would do that, I received an email telling me it was no longer available, I responded as soon as I read the email. On this alone I wouldn’t recommend them

I did not have big expectatin about this location, but it was ok for what it is : a campsite. We were comfortale and had most of what we needed. the only problem is that after sometime the cold water became a bit brownish, so basically we had to survive using the hot water only.

The reception lady was lovely however the room was not very clean waz very old and outdated room that smelt musty Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable shower pressure was bad and no heating had to use an oil heater, dinning chair's were broken Would never stay there again Was very over priced They need to upgrade everything about the rooms

The unit we stayed needed to do big maintenance starting from Bathroom and finishing windows (shower was leaking, it was hard to close windows) and couple of fans in the unit would be great as it was very hot and kids could not sleep at all. so was not quite enjoyable stay.
