Great Location, but lacks in customer service.

Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. There were always roadblocks to simple requests I had. With that being said, I would still return to this hotel because of the location and views. But, just be aware that it's not a service oriented hotel.

Some of the guestrooms on floor #1 look directly into the arrival area. If you're sensitive noise, this might be an issue. Use caution when booking cheaper rooms that offer a garden view as you might end up with a similar room.

Amazing view of the water, spacious room, clean and tidy, amazing balcony! this hotel was fantastic and close to everything which made it easy to walk or the convenient free shuttles were super accommodating as well. The views are unmatched, hotel is 10/10

Excellent hotel in Hamilton Island

Excellent hotel and location. Free shuttle at the hotel and 15 minutes walk to the marina/town so you don't need to rent a golf cart. Our room has ocean view.

The weather was terrible unfortunately (highest rainfall on record) but that aside the hotel was good and the island is beautiful. Having a golf cart was awesome to get to dinners and see the island. Restaurants are top notch
