We love stay in this hotel. Felipe and Firas in the front desk are the best. Check-in and check-out always are a good experience in this hotel. Christina, the lady who serve the breakfast every morning is awesome. The food is warm, fresh and delicious. Dining room is clean and neat. I recommend this hotel. My grade for it is A+.

The rooms were nice and remodeled, but the elevators and stairs were outdated. When we were there, a softball team or something was staying on our floor, and it was really loud, which was terrible. I loved the beds, though, and after turning on a fan to drown out screaming girls, I slept great. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Everything from the sausage, eggs, and even the apples was bad! We were there for only one night so four stars since our room was very clean and bed was great.

We were in an accessible room with walk in shower which was great for my elderly mother but there were no shelves in the shower for shampoo, soap, etc so we ended up needing to tip a trash can over for a shelf. Also there were no comfortable chairs to sit in. There kitchen stools that were too high for my mom to get into. So to visit or relax we had to sit or lay on the bed. There was also no stands for luggage. The place was OK, beds and pillows amazing. It is difficult to find.
