Front desk associates are not very friendly. Room was great, check-in was easy and fast. Housekeeping came into my room while I was gone despite stating I didn’t need it, they took all my towels and that was it. Don’t clean or empty trash and did not give me new towels.

1. Breakfast was lousy and well below the standard I associate with La Quinta. On site, provided breakfast is essential to my road travel lodgings. 2. Front desk staff was unfriendly, non-forthcoming with basic information and felt vaguely hostile. Not a good experience after a six-hour drive. Based on the above, I’ll be looking at different options for my next trip to Wichita.

I wasn’t too impressed. The first day I went. I’m traveling in from California to go visit my daughter at college in Kansas and I was woken up by the cleaning crew at 8:35 in the morning with banging and banging and laughing down the hall and talking to one another screaming down the hall was not good at all.

We booked rooms at this hotel because of the great ratings and the fact that most hotels were sold out, due to an event happening in town. I specifically requested a noise sensitive room, and was given a room directly beside the loudest laundry room, the ice machine and the elevator. I asked to change rooms and the clerk at the front desk, who I’m sure is tired
