Staff not customer focused. Took forever to check-in due to repeated interruptions from various staff for non-critical issues. Another customer left in a huff because of delay answering a basic question. Room had bugs, staff seemed unconcerned when reported

The BEST part about the stay was the employee Ms. Carolyn! She was absolutely AMAZING!! She made me feel safe an she knew the hotel policy like the back of her hand. I needed help was a few things an she answered quickly. Was extremely friendly an had a very sweet soul. She never lost patience at all with me or others. I wanted to find her boss to tell her how wonderful of a job she did an professional she is/was. I have to be sure to highlight Ms. Carolyn’s services because she deserves it. If I visit again I would hope she would be in a management position or even lead she was amazing! An I would come back just because of her personality over the PHONE AND IN PERSON. Thank you much Ms. Carolyn!!

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! It’s conveniently located right off the highway, and not too far from the shopping mall and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous as well!!!
