The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped me figure out the logistics for a race I was doing and spent a lot of time talking through different options. Very impressed with their willingness to assist.

Cleanliness needs attention.

Stayed here on business several times in the past month. Only problem I had was the cleanliness of the rooms. Found hairs in the shower one time. Other time, found hairs in the shower and on the toilet.

More towels and wash clothes

We asked the house keepers on our floor to put extra towels in our room about 9:12 the following day 09/23/25 . We left and was gone at least 5 hours and returned to the room and no clean towels. We left again and ran into Keith (Maintenance Man) and he asked us Could he help us out. Keith got us some extra towels and wash clothes.

Broken TV

The tv had a huge black mark on it in the left corner like it had been damaged right before we came by the previous people who had stayed in that room. I informed management and they had no idea like nobody had checked the room beforehand? Room was also pretty tiny to be so expensive.
