Where to start...When I checked in the room key didn't work, and it took several trips back and forth to sort it out. My main grievance is that I paid for breakfast, which I was told would be open from 06h00-09h00. At 06h40 I went to the dining room to find not a soul in sight, and no food placed out, besides a few boxes of sugary cereals. When I went to ask at the desk what was happening, I likewise found not a soul around. I checked out 30 minutes later, and still couldn't find a staff member to help me. Additionally, there is a mysterious $2.00 charge on my credit card I wasn't expecting. The room was nice enough and fairly clean, no complaints there. But the lack of breakfast and staff is odd.
"Continental Breakfast" = Ketchup.
Unplugged waffle maker with no supplies.

Being Disabled and with a walker to walk, reception told me it was a extra $10 charge for a main floor same room, as it turned out was $13 on my CC. Thursday nite $220+ for a Days inn is already out of line, but charge me extra for a main floor room, I can not do stairs with a walker! This is NOT RIGHT. Note I prepaid my room through Hotels.com. It's NOT the $13. its principle of this.

The breakfast food was lacking. The scrambled eggs were dry and flavorless and one container of milk was spoiled. There was a variety of juice choices and fruit and yogurt and dry cereal and waffles that were fine.

Room service is poor and not trustworthy. Cleaning the rooms only every 3 days, my Sleeping Meds. where stolen, my wife Purs was checked out by the staff, all thow we could not tell tell if there was some money missing, but still is disapointing!
