A very beautiful hotel located just off the Old Town Square. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was also tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Noisy

SO noisy at night opposite a nightclub and strip joint, they leave ear plugs out next to the pillow - not a good sign. If I knew it would be this loud I would have stayed elsewhere. The room is nice and modern but no coffee machine just an old kettle - the hotel is not 4* standard.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the very pretty old town. It is modern, attractive and very well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a wide choice at the buffet breakfast. There are many lovely restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had all the toiletries you could need. Dressing gowns and slippers were also provided. I highly recommend this hotel and if we were ever to return to Wroclaw this is where we would stay.

Great location. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly nor professional. The city is great but for my next visit I’ll pick another hotel. Supposedly the director was informed about what happened but he didn’t bother contact me during my stay. Poor for a Wyndham.
