We booked a one night stay at Camp Curry in January in a heated tent. There is no doubt that the tents are well heated. If you follow the heating instructions correctly, you’re in for a cozy night of sleep. The shared bathrooms and shower stalls were very clean and also heated. The bear-proof storage boxes right outside the tent caused a little anxiety. If a bear caught a cold, would it be able to tell that the food smell was coming from the food locker and not the tent ;-) What can be improved upon is the visibility of the signs around the camp and of the numbers on the tents. We reached at night in pouring rain. It was very difficult to find the tent number of the assigned tent. The food joints within the camp offer decent food (variety & quality). The shuttle stop for buses to the entire valley was very close by. In summary, the overall return on investment is not bad.
Place is conveniently located near attractions but the tent/room was pretty dusty/ dirty also no point of paying extra for a heated tent honestly. Restrooms/ facility were clean, though

Unique experience staying in Yosemite. Do note that the facilities are very basic and need to follow instructions to make sure bears are not attracted at night.
Definitely worth it.
Absolutely loved our experience staying in Curry Village. It is great for waking up in the park and being able to explore immediately. With close proximity to restrooms, and restraurants for warm meals this was great for a trip with my kids.
Despite being a heated cabin, the cold outside snuck in and it wasnt cozy warm, just tolerable warm (significantly warmer than outside though). Id recommend bringing extra blankets and cozy thermals to feel more warm.
My family and I stayed in Curry Village for 1 night in a heated tent and it was quite the experience. They provide pillows and insulated blanket, there was no need to bring anything extra. The beds were comfortable. During winter the cafeteria serves breakfast and dinner, not sure if that changes in other seasons. My husband and daughter had the chicken dinner and said the chicken was delicious. We utilized the common area where there are games (have to check out at front desk) and fireplace. The best part of put trip for my young children was the ice skating, my children loved it. And we were able to purchase snore kits at the gift shop and make them at the fire pit that was in the ice skating area. It was a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

**Check-in early. Arrived at 10pm in December, so very dark. Took 20 minutes to find tent which was further from parking and bathrooms than we had expected —especially with it raining all night. Clean enough - i mean it is camping - and heated tent was warm(45-50 degrees F). Facilities also clean. Ice skating rink looked great but was closed due to rain.
