I clicked heated tent online. I was given a non heated tent. (It was freezing and the non heated tents cost the same, so of course I clicked heated). Front desk would not allow me a heated tent, nor would they even allow me to pay more for one. Even after Expedia attempted to call them 4 times and even email them, they insisted on charging me $150 more for a heated tent. The non Heated tent was $150 but the still wanted to charge me double to get a heater. I gave them their keys back and drove home 4 hours on Xmas Eve cold and wet from the rain.

The room, was very dusty, it had a smell of not cleaned. Wished that the staff at receptionist was friendly and not rude or racist. When asked to guide us where our tent was the gentleman was not very nice. The food was ok bathroom were decent sowmtimes clean and sometimes not
Choose tent with heater if you go there during the cold season.
I like that they don’t have WiFi in tents.
After cleaning, it is very difficult to get into the shower and toilet because of the queue.
But they have an excellent location in the middle of the park.
Was worried about heated tent but family tent was large and clean with a Power Point. Was a bit cold but can get extra blankets. Good food options. Only issue was none of the water fountains worked.
