Very clean facilities, very friendly staff, late arrival for check in was no problem, luggage storage was very convenient. The location was immediately opposite to the train station and exceptionally quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend for solo female travellers.

Very friendly hosts and really warm welcome, great communication via emails and messages. Room was cosy, clean and had all facilities you would need. Great shower. Close to train station - it’s a bunk house/hostel rather than a hotel - OK for an overnight stay shower OK bed was not the best for me personally. But OK for our one night for the Glacier Express. I know accom is at. premium in Zermatt but I will make sure I look closer as to what things are called hotels on our next visit
