The room was small, the bathroom is inside the room with glass walls, a glass cubicle weird. But it was very quiet. Bed ok. I only stayed one night,but couldnt stay the second night due to plane canclation. Thehotel or Expedia would not refund $300. Not good for either party given fair notice.woule never stay there again

Very friendly staff. There wasn’t aircon like you would get in really hot climates, but there was some sort of air in the room so I was able to sleep ok. Great location for visiting Zurich. Quiet area, even though central.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent and walkable to eateries, shops, etc. Room was very small. Bathroom was fine, but needed hooks to hang things. No a/c so it was hot even with the windows open. The church bells rang every 15 minutes the first night and there were people partying until 2am. We got no sleep.

The hotel was unbearably warm and there was no thermostat control in the room. The front desk controls the air conditioning in each room and it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep in. The corners of the room had lots of buildup of dust a grime. We also noticed at the end of our stay that there were bed bugs in the bedding and found one on an article of clothing we slept in. The only reason this rating has any stars at all is due to location as it was in the middle of old town and could walk around comfortably.
