Beware the breakfast. I paid at check in (40 USD!!) but they lost the record of it and I didn’t double check so when I went in the morning made me wait then go back to the front desk and wait for them to go find the invoice to prove I had not paid and then I had to go back to the dining room and sign some new paper and then charged me 50 usd for a very okay buffet. All this before coffee.

What not to be happy about? It meets the high standards of Hyatt Regency. The breakfast which is included in the room fee had the most extensive choices of any I’ve seen in Europe, and the quality was excellent.
