The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and the room was perfect with a wonderful view! Breakfast was just right and we didn't eat dinner at the hotel as there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We'll stay here next time we're in Zurich :)

The hotel has a great location BUT.....

The hotel has a great location BUT..... The room is quite small for a couple. It has a feel of a Marriott Moxy but smaller. While the room is small, the location is right in the middle of the high end shopping district so it makes it quite convenient. I just cant justify the price for the space we had. I would rather take a train so I have a place for my car.

nice hotel great location very small room

Great location. Kind staff. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful. Our room was like the size of a closet with nothing to use to put our suitcase on or hang anything. No drawers.

There is no tea/coffee making facilities and no fridge in the rooms - which we missed. A bathroom and toilet in the bedrooms are not soundproofed, just a small area separated by plastic partition which was little uncomfortable. Design great, bed very comfortable, rooms are warm. Location excellent.

I stay at Ruby hotels whenever I can. Mimi is within blocks of the train station so you can walk to the hotel but you do not feel that you are in the station area. The Limmat is just outside the front door so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lights on the water at night. Decor at Mimi is as fabulous as it is at their other locations. The bar area is great and there is a restaurant on site. Rooms as comfortable and clean as always. The staff was exceptional at Mimi so I commend them and thank them for making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything in town is within walking distance so convenient if that is what you are looking for. Thank you Ruby for yet again another great stay.
