Our British travel plug didn't fit in socket, so asked for a plug at reception,no cash no plug card unacceptable , leaving my 87 yr old husband unable charge his hearing aids. So he spent a day stone deaf . Great thanks Trip Hotel

At the Zurich airport, I noticed that I had accidentally dropped my wallet in the room I had stayed at this hotel, but I did not have time to get back to the hotel for return flights. Therefore, I mostly gave it up. However, the hotel staff kindly sent it back to my place in Japan through international mail at a later date. I sincerely appreciate not only their hospitality but also their kindness!!

Most horrific hotel I’ve ever stayed at in 39 years. Avoid at ALL costs. This is the red light district. Filthy. Hairs in beds.

Nice hitel close to train station, tram to day trip bus neeting area. Hitel room Senior suite was beautiful, great bath tub and shower, 2 toilet rooms, living room. Fold out couch for third person. Pool Ok but is at least 6 ft at lowest ( im only 5 ft 10 in).

Staff were welcoming and a convenient spot close to Zurich HB station within walking distance. There is a cooler rather than AC but it did the job despite the hot weather. The fridge isn’t that cold which isn’t ideal but fine if you’re patient for drinks to get cold. The area isn’t too bad either. Not too fancy but not run down either per se. Overall it’s great value given the location and not much to complain about. Thanks to the staff for taking care of me.

Our room was just ok. It was very noisy outside at night so had to shut the window, mobile air conditioning unit far too loud to have on at night so our 4th floor room was baking hot as we slept! The room and bathroom size was tiny and the shower drain smelt awful. No kettle to make a cup of tea. Bed was comfy though and staff were all friendly and welcoming.
