The hotel is not a four star. The parking is first come first serve. We made reservations for a king size and the room had two twin beds but we combined it and it was ok. Although the sheets are small for twin sizes, there are two sets so it did the job. The housekeeping didn’t clean much just emptied ...

Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA
Front desk could not offer a currency exchange. The staff at the restaurant was less than friendly and the staff at the front desk was indifferent. The hotel itself was lovely in every detail. I would recommend the hotel. Just don’t expect the staff to be helpful or friendly.
