The room was clean, no elevator which is a little difficult when carrying multiple bags, the room door handle turned up instead of down to open the door, paint on bathroom door peeling/rusted, toilet clogged a bit no plunger in the room and the plunger provided when picked up at front desk was plastic ...

GALAXY HOTEL
I wasn't expecting the royal treatment but what I got was sub-par. I went up to the front desk where there were 3 people behind the desk helping one person. I said excuse jme a couple of times and no one acknowledged me.
