"The clerk at the front desk was not very helpful and clearly grumpy. The hotel restaurant food was pretty good though and their service was good. The bathroom sink drain leaked so it created a sizable puddle on the floor. The spa was just ok- they gave us one towel that was about 3/4 size of a bath ..."
