Walk to Budapest Airport

Our flight left at 6:30 am, so the ibis was super convenient. We walked 8 minutes to the air terminal. The room is very basic, but we were staying there for the easy airport access, not the style. The area is very short on restaurants, so wish we had eaten dinner in Budapest before we took an Uber to the hotel.

Fine. Especially for one night

The rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage. The shower is very modern, which means water all over the floor. The breakfast was very good and opens very early for early flights. The walk from the hotel is only about 1.5 blocks. Overall it was fine for a night. We have stayed there in the past and will probably do so again some time.

This facility is built solely for transient fliers and it does a perfect job at that. Room is simple with no amenities except soap and towels but you don’t need anything else. Breakfast starts at 4 AM and exceeded expectations for selection and quality. It is clean and very quiet. If you are transiting out of BUD or through, this is a great choice.

I’ve stayed here several times and must say the rooms are great ; modern, clean, comfortable and you can’t hear the airplanes. There’s a construction next to the hotel (they are building an extension) which means that the surrounding of the hotel is very messy and I’d say unsafe. It’s probably impossible for disabled people to access the hotel. The entrance is very badly signposted, the parking and taxi stand ditto. I had to walk around the building to finally find the temporary entrance.

Convenient hotel in terms of proximity to the airport. Specially designed hotel. Very clean. Comfortable and cozy room. Great sheets on the bed, nice and soft. No place to put a toiletries bag in the bathroom. No door in the shower, just a glass partition and the water flows from the shower which is inconvenient. Great breakfast. Easy access to the city center. Possibility to leave luggage for a few hours. Recommended
