Conveniently located

They had great online check in. It was conveniently located next to the airport. Restaurant had only a few food options. No small store to buy things. Very thin towels and no bottled water in the rooms. Only one extra pillow.

Location! Walk across the parking lot to the Terminal. "Restaurant" which is nothing more than a tiny cafe is VERY limited and expensive. Stayed here 10 times. If your plane is delayed coming in, they don't care. You lose your booking and they keep your money.

Biggest benefit was the close, covered-walking proximity to the Budapest airport terminal. Check in could have been quicker, particularly after checking in online. Shared lobby with the Tribe hotel. Multiple bars and one restaurant onsite. Food options were pricey.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I understand terms and conditions, I gave them 5 days notice to see if they could change my dates, mainly the property but both entitites were pretty uncooperative in changing my date, just disappointing, surely humans make these errors all the time there should really be some flexibility in date changing, I wasn’t asking for a refund and offered to pay the difference. It was just a flat out NO
