Staff were welcoming and professional Hotel generally clean, although looking tired/in need of refurbishment in some areas - eg, bathroom and litter near reception entrance Excellent WiFi connectivity, plenty of hot water and quiet/traffic free room

Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information.
