Bar well stocked cleaning staff excellent. Reception needs better trained staff who are committed to customers basic requirements. All accept Dennis he was top class.

Shampoo/body wash were empty, toilet wasn’t flushing properly, drain in the tub was slow and would collect lots of water during a shower, the phone didn’t work.
