The hotel is clean. The reception staff are accommodating however i do feel ripped off. I stay in hotels for a decent nights sleep, and that was not achievable. Leonardo Hotel Exeter
Paid via hotels.com when booking yet was questioned multiple times about outstanding balance. Had 5 seperate phone calls, and was even interrupted in my room for payment. I showed proof it was paid several times and still they persist.

Hotel Du Vin Exeter
Our deluxe room felt more like a bunker in the basement. Really not what we expected for the price. The bathroom in the room had no door, offering absolutely no privacy. To top things off, my partner suffered food poisoning. Avoid.
