Very convenient stopover with very comfortable beds. Slight problem with sink which was resolved within minutes of it being reported. Good breakfast with food being topped up all the time and tables cleared and cleaned promptly. All staff were very helpful and impressive.

Really happy with our stay, we only stayed one night as part of a long journey but I knew booking a Holiday Inn Express would be worth it. Very reasonably priced, great comfortable room, hot shower and nice breakfast in the morning.

Lovely, well-presented hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Evening food was VERY expensive and breakfast was a buffet, but not a great selection. No plug sockets anywhere near the bed. Even just a USB each side would have been handy!

Good value hotel near the M5. Quiet spot, clean room, decent breakfast buffet (was very busy). Unusually for a budget hotel the air conditioning actually worked. Reception staff friendly. All in all a good stay.

Lady at front desk was helpful in changing our room to a pet free room, which was a good start, hotel generally well cleaned, however room had dust build up in areas where the hoover seems to just miss regularly. Dinner and Breakfast is a no go area if you require anything fresh due to any dietary requirements as the general answer is its all pre-made and the chef can't do anything else, so you have to make do with what is given.

All the staff was so good and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, any little problem I had was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, Especially Ben , he helped me on two occasions. Thank you for my stay, I would recommend your hotel.

The curtains need replacing as there are holes and so not completely blackout. Overall good for a quick overnight stay. Service at reception particularly helpful going above and beyond. Breakfast was ample and varied.

Nice hotel

Conveniently sited hotel with very helpful staff

The staff on reception/bar & food ordering could not have been more helpful. They logged my car in and took the payment to save me doing it. And especially appreciated after a long drive: I was able to choose a couple of things from the menu and a much earned drink and take to my room. And my room was extremely nice - bed and bedding very comfortable, the right size, bathroom (and shower!) very good and I was able to work at the mini desk the following morning. A huge tick from me.

Very tight room and poor breakfast

Staff friendly enough, room was very tight for a family of four and didn't make for the most comfortable stay, the cooked breakfast in the morning was one of the worst we've had, from it being cold to certain items being rock solid.

Great Hotel, Unfortunate about Parking

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. My only negative experience relates to parking. Limited space as hotel was full and charging people to park during their stay.
