No pool available, taped off like a crime scene. A poor 4 star hotel, seriously in need of refurbishment, staff appear stressed, no continuation of information from one shift to another. However, this hotel is functional as a stopgap, not a holiday destination.

Hard Rock Hotel Marbella – Puerto Banús
The staff was super friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is due for an update in my opinion. However, our suite was very spacious, but poor usage room... no dresser to put clothes away... and the shower leaked out into the bathroom... breakfast buffet was decent... but overall, nothing was bad ...

Lovely stay in Fuengirola. The hotel buildings and grounds are impressive and the location is amazing - right on the front with direct access to the promenade and beach. Clean room, lovely bathroom. Absolutely fantastic powerful shower. Shame no kettle in the room. A little bit noisy so walls mist be thin as we could hear chairs/beds being moved. Plenty selection of food at breakfast and 8:30 - 1pm is just brilliant !
