This hotel is the best place to stay not just in Maseru but probably in entire Lethoso! I was to thank the manager and the emoloyee who offered me a complimentary room upgrade. The place gave me a feeling of a 5 star hotel. I really loved my stay here.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The views and the general aesthetic of the hotel was impressive. However, the service was slow and the irons need to be cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Avani Lesotho!

Everything was excellent! Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. The only issue was the room next to us had a nearly all night party with a very loud boom box blasting 2 nights in a row. Apparently there are no quiet hours and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk to complain. ...

Probabably bad timing there were groups of guests who were making unbearable noise and were left to their noise inconviniencing other guests. The dinner buffet was great, breakfast great as well. Sitting area not so great. The rooms are set in more like a hostel feel style. The stuff was cool.
