"Room was ok. Could have been cleaner and the hallway was pretty run down/ could use some improvement. Wasn’t expecting pristine in a national park so still gave overall 4 stars. Espresso machine was down at the cafe so that was disappointing. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the tavern restaurant."

"This property far exceeded our expectations. I was initially skeptical of staying there but based on other reviews, I stayed there for a night. The property is right on the main road and easy to find. It was very close to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance - perhaps 10 minutes drive, at the most. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. There are a few restaurants within walking distance for eating. The only drawback is the hotel does not have breakfast facility. In the overall scheme of things, this was not a problem. I will stay there once again if my plans bring me to the Grand Canyon."
