This property is in a prime location with a private beach and attached to Abu Dhabi mall. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to be accommodating. From housekeeping to general assistance they were brilliant during our stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and a lovely view of the sea. I highly recommend this lovely hotel if you ever visit this beautiful city.

A little expensive, but great hotel

It's a good hotel, nicely located, pretty complete breakfast buffet. A little expensive for what you get, but that's my only minus, everything else was very good overall.

Great stay at the Beach Rotana at the start of a 2 week tour through the Middle East and Asia. Staff were extremely helpful - front desk checked me in after a 14 hour flight from Sydney even though it was 5/6 hours before stated check-in. Facilities were great, location very central and just great value. Will definitely return.

We have stayed at Beach Rotana several times with no issues, however, during this stay the quality of the food service was very poor. At breakfast, tables were piled high with dirty plates and food with staff struggling to clear up and clean meaning guests were left standing or helping to clear. We went for an evening meal at the Italian restaurant, Prego, even though the restaurant was empty we were told that we could only sit at a smoking table after 10 minutes of waiting for any service we left and ate at another restaurant outside of the hotel. We did raise these issues with staff at the time and at checkout but not sure if we will stay there again!
