The stay was excellent! The staff super friendly and nice and attentive. Rooms were very clean. The hotel in general was clean, very welcoming. The only thing for me was the drinks were not strong at all but the wait staff super efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet way too expensive! There was a lot of food to choose from, like a buffet should be but too pricey. My overall experience was great, I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Acapulco! Beautiful view from my balcony!

The property is in a great location, staff is very helpful and friendly. I didn’t like how light came through the side openings of the windows. There is also a lot of street noise the buses start honking at 6-7am. But overall it was a good stay.

My trip to paradise after 2 years

I had not been to Acapulco for 2 years they gave me an upgrade room for being platinum member on Expedia ! They also set up my airport transportation! Loved the view from the 17th floor room great service from start to finish!! Would highly recommend!
