Perfect Glenelg location

Wonderfully restored heritage building on the beachfront. Friendly staff and a comfortable cocktail bar. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops around Glenelg. Would definenitely stay here again.

The air-conditioning is very noisy which makes it difficult to sleep. We stayed in rooms 415 (21 July) and 305 (15 July) and air-con in both rooms is noisy. Other than that it was a good stay

We had an event in one of the event rooms overlooking the water and we stayed in the rooms. Absolutely fabulous staff serving at the event. Location and rooms were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff and hotel

We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Grand. Have stayed many times before over the past 30 years. Would love to see some of the plushness and grandeur return to this old lady. It is still good but missing the touches that would make it first class such as cushions and throws in the room and upgraded toiletries. Also broken door downstairs is a bit shabby looking. The staff are brilliant and wonderful across the board. Would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay especially it was near the coast. We can see the sea from our room. We where able to have a sea view room. Breakfast was also very nice and made fresh each day. We also had dinner at your restaurant 3 times. Which was also good. Only we had we had plans to use your swimming pool. We found the heating for the pool was not working properly. We could not experience using the pool.

If you want any sleep do not stay in a city side room. Or an ocean view near Jetty rd end. Its currently 1am, ive got a 6am flight and the doof doof music from the pub over the rd is shaking the glass door out to the balcony. So much for getting some sleep before leaving for the Airport. Not impressed at all.
