Our room was a little dated but was very clean and the bed was lovely. The staff were exceptional in all areas including reception, bars, restaurants and cleaning. They left us chocolates when they cleaned our room and the breakfast was was great.

Had a wonderful stay in this magnificent hotel by the sea. The whole experience was first class and appreciated the timeless charm of this landmark property. Glenelg itself is undergoing a revamp at the moment and missed the convenience of the tram while this occurs. Thoroughly recommended!

A beautiful location if you have an ocean view room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as carpets and furniture are a bit stained and paintwork chipped. Overall though we would love to return.
