We initially didn’t get the best room. It had carpet & felt a-bit rundown, but we asked to change the next day to a different room & The staff were very accommodating. Really nice staff who make sure you have a great stay. We had the air con in our room which we preferred to the balcony view during this hot spell. They also kindly supplied us with a kettle to have our coffee in the room.

Albufeira Gem.

Very good stay, excellent service especially from the afternoon desk lady(i believe her name was Illaine. Super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast,and refreshing small pool. Amazing view from our deck outside our room. Close to everything restaurants, groceries and an easy 15 minute walk down to the beach.
