Minutes from restaurants, shopping, Sandia Peak Tram, ABQ Biopark, Balloon fiesta park and historic Old Town. Entire home was remodeled in 2020. Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave dishwasher, keurig and pot coffee makers, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Complementary coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers provided. Laundry room with XL washer, dryer Iron and board. Sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking only with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging.
