I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past, but unfortunately my most recent visit was very disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the furniture is showing its age—the veneer on the nightstand was peeling off. When I went to the lobby to get coffee, I was told that coffee isn’t available on weekends until 7am and was directed to make it in my room, but the in-room supply only had decaf. On top of that, one of the elevators was out of service, and with a four-person limit on the only working elevator, it took a long time just to get to and from my room. Sadly, this stay did not meet expectations, and I’ll be choosing a different hotel for my next trip to Albuquerque.
