This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, 0/10, the water was cold to the shower also it was below 60 outside I let them know and asked if we can switch rooms, they never did anything about it from the blankets to the towels everything was cheap, I worked 6:00pm to 4:30am and came to my room key not working so I had to wait until the next day which was thanksgiving and they weren’t even open, DO NOT EVER STAY HERE EVEN IN NEED. This was my worst experience a waste of my hardworking money.

First the computer was down they sent us away that was the first day The second day there was no water we got sent away again and we got charged for that night so when we tried the 3rd day they tried to send us away again when we did get in the room the TV wasn't working it took 4 days to fix. I will never rent there again

My room was canceled before I arrived with no notice.
No coffee pot. No utensils.
Not bad. Alway clean your room, your self, anywhere you go. But when I first arrived you could smell the bleach and thats always a good sign to me. I didn’t see bugs or other things but I was on the 3rd floor.
The room was nice EXCEPT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS RIGHT OVER THE BED...THAT WAS AWFUL

We called to advise we would be late coming into town. We were told if we showed up before 7:00 pm it wouldn't be an issue. We showed up before 7:00 pm and found out they sold our room and kept our deposit. They marked as no call /no show although we called and showed up. The audacity!
booked my stay months prior and showed up they were over booked and had no rooms for my family and there were 18 other people trying to get rooms that had the same problem and were no help and it didnt matter if you booked through them directly or through a third party it was the same thing

The rooms are perfect! I love the fact that there's a little kitchenette and a full size shower with hot water! The staff is friendly and the property is really, really clean! I would recommend this property to anyone
We tried to live with the horrendous odor in the room, but it was impossible to do long term.
I rented a room for the week of the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque to have a place to escape our balloon fiesta company. Before completing registration, they asked me to go out at view the room. It is an old room but it looked relatively clean. I smelled an odor, but chalked it up to it being an old room. We did not spend the first night in the room. Our company arrived today, so we went out and planned to spend the first night in the room. We were in there for 3 hours and the odor got progressively worse. Taking a closer look at the ceiling it appeared that black spots are painted over. We pulled the bedding back and there was a huge black spot on the mattress. I believe there is black mold in that room. We could not spend anymore time in there. The smell was unbearable after being in there for an extended time. I requested a refund and was denied.
I know I signed documents, but this is beyond reasonableness. I am contacting the better business bureau and any other organization that will listen to me. We took photos of the bed and I am posting those as well
