Unsafe, lock on door would not lock. A/C did not work, made us use a portable A/C. Elevator sounded unsafe, felt safer using the stairs. Management and staff have lack of knowledge of how to provide customer service. There fix of providing customer service is a "take it or leave". Management was no help or would not even try to follow up about any concerns. Dont recommend staying at this hotel, which is sad since my company always booked here, but when came to personal felt mistreated.

Only complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel

Nice place.

The hotel was nice and clean. They have a full kitchen with full size appliances! This was wasted on me as we only stayed one night. Good breakfast with both hot and cold entrees, great gym and nice pool.
