The check in was not the best. Clerk had us wait while she did something on the computer. Shower was dirty. Not having a way to make a hot drink was very inconvenient. This was our first stay in a Tru hotel. And our last.

Room was clean upon on arrival. No issues on the way there. I did have an issue with WiFi connecting to the room. Management did not help me that issue either

The room was very clean. The shower has good pressure and was large. The bed was developing crevasses, so not terribly comfortable. Also, one needs good earplugs as the freeway traffic is very loud. The breakfast was also very good with scrambled eggs, sausage and a pancake maker. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Many good restaurants within drivable distance.

Our room was good. The overall areas we were in were good (i.e. elevator, pool, hallways, dining/waiting areas); they were all clean and in good condition. Three things were very noticeable in the negative column for my stay however: 1. the room was very stuffy and the air would not kick on quickly. 2. The downstairs hallway from the lobby through to the gym/pool/bathroom area smelled terrible. Had a strong foul oder like a sewer and also metallic (so likely something with the water lines) 3. The elevators were incredibly hot and stuffy. Other than that it was a fine stay.

Pretty Nice Hotel With A Great Location

Amazing Location Right Off Of The Freeway Off Jefferson Street,Customer Service Was Absolutely Amazing Had Issues With My TV Upon Check-In Of My 5 Day Stay And Maintenance Was There In Less Then 15 Minutes To Fix It And Didnt Have An Issue The Rest Of My Stay With It, The Rooms Themselves Are Great But A Few Things Within The Room Could Definitely Be Replaced Especially The Blinds As They Had Black Stains And Also Were A Total Pain To Open & Close Everytime, Rooms Were Super Clean And Were Cleaned Every Other Day

Lots of noise from the highway. Terrible beds and pillows. Asked for more pillows three times and finally when I came back to the hotel after being out, I saw them lying on the front counter. There were no pillowcases on them and I had to take them up to the room myself. The furnishings in the room reminded me of a 13-year-old‘s boys bedroom. We were there for the balloon festival and they provided snacks for all of us, which was great.
