I paid extra to get a room with 2 full sized beds and a couch bed also. When I got there, the lady upfront checked us into a room. After we went into the room, I realized that there was not the extra bed we needed. I went back downstairs, and told the lady that there wasn't a bed. She said that was odd, and sent us to another floor where the same thing happened. After the 3rd room and her lack of knowledge, I gave up. She called her manager, that stated they did not have such rooms.

Where do I begin?? At the outset, the entry way to check-in was dirty and could’ve been more clean and welcoming. There was trash everywhere outside and everything just didn’t seem inviting at all. The room only had one chair to sit on and the room wasn’t really clean. The breakfast room wasn’t very clean and inviting either. Overall, I wouldn’t advise people to stay there even for the price paid. I would not recommend period! So disappointing

I was sent to a dirty room at first. There was no reception on cable, just sound. I love to get caught up on my shows when i travel- just really annoying. I left the next morning around 6 30am, and they were already out of coffee- didnt have time to wait.
