Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all aspects especially the breakfast and the spa facilities. My partner and I would certainly recommend this hotel and visit again.

Far away from the city center and there is no public transport after midnight. Parking on site is very expensive

At check in about 2300 in the evening I was more or less still forced to leave s deposit of €50 why??? When I got to my room the cleaning staff was still in there! Not really good I love the hotels and normally no issues but these two things annoyed me!

Room Upgrade And a Bottle Of Wine.

I'm a Platinum member with ebookers. My room was pre upgraded as this is a ebookers VIP hotel. Upon entering I noticed a bottle of wine and a Christmas card...nice touch I thought. The Executive rooms are no different to superior rooms a part from little extras like...a coffee machine, bathrobes, umbrella, items on the top shelf of the refrigerator are free and of course the room is situated upon the higher floors. There is a swimming pool but it's out of order as it's being refurbished. There is a spa area that consists of 2 saunas, a stream room, foot spa, lavender body scrub, ice pellets and a relaxation room. Beware of cultural differences when in the spa area though...there can be nudity. Near the hotel is Amsterdamse Bos (forest) and opersite the hotel Wings restaurant open Monday to Friday. Upon that there is nothing else around.

Another excellent stay.

Check in. Swift, friendly and professional. I always hand my credit card over with my passport for even more swiftness. Room. A really modern room with everything you need. If you like a hard mattress this bed may be no good to you. BBC1, 2 and the World news are on the TV listings. The room has a safe and fridge. What I found annoying was only 1 bottle of water even though I was staying with my girlfriend. Breakfast. Far too expensive. €29 is a bit steep especially when I don't each much. What I do is purchase items from the supermarket from the airport for breakfast. Pool/Spa. The hotel has a small pool and a spa area. Be advised that because of cultural differences you definitely will see nakedness within the spa area which is hidden from view by a frosted glass door. Other than that the spa area have 2 saunas, steam room, foot spa, body scrub, ice pellets, 2 showers, a wc and a relaxation room with relaxation beds...nice music. The relaxation room also has fresh fruit on offer free of charge and blankets to place over the top of you as the relaxation room is set at a lower temperature for the cooling down process. Gym. I didn't use. Hotel Bar. I didn't use. Amsterdamse Bos (forest) is opposite and is great for pre flight nerve walks. Check out. Fast and professional. City tax must be paid. Transportation. Free transportation is available to and from the airport which runs every 30 minutes.

Lovely hotel with great regular shuttle to Schipol

Pros: Facilities were great - breakfasts are excellent over the weekends at half price - shuttle was good - could catch trains to Amsterdam Central easily
Location: Located in safe business area on perimeter of airport but has easy access to city centre via shuttle and trains - away from city noise.
Great, quality hotel with easy access to city centre via free airport shuttle and cheap Schipol trains which makes up for the isolated locality.

Just ok

We arrived in the morning and they wanted to charge us 40 Euros to check in early. Then they would not guarantee us to get a double bed or twin beds. They forgot to charge us city tax and after that they pestered us for it. The airport bus stops at about 11pm. For is this meant leaving the city too early and by the way, when booking, I thought the hotel was closer to airport what it actually is. The breakfast was excellent. I don't drink but I saw champagne at breakfast buffet! The viriety was unbelievable. The opening times were great too. I would recommend if you are okay with the commuting to and from the city because of the timetable of trains and the shuttle.
