This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Please check the attached photos and videos—they speak louder than words. My first room (1905) had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain. Every time I tried to shower, I was hit with a wave of sewage-like odour. After insisting, I was moved to Room 1803—only to find it hotter, dirtier, and even less comfortable. The “new” mattress had clean sheets thrown over a visibly stained surface—see the video. The air conditioning blew warm air in the middle of summer. The walls were paper-thin, with constant noise, and the flickering lights felt like something out of a horror film. Internet? Prehistoric—barely usable. Despite all this, the staff treated me like I was the problem. I felt embarrassed having to raise issues a second time, but someone had to. The attitude lacked any compassion, especially for someone managing health issues. There was no visible effort to accommodate those with disabilities—no sensitivity, no accessibility support, no understanding. This place wasn’t just badly managed—it was dehumanising. When you’re unwell, travelling, or just hoping for rest, the last thing you should face is shame for speaking up. I wouldn’t wish this stay on anyone. I would like to share the video clip not just a photos, but I can’t attach in here. I will do google review

Ok overnight stay in Antalya

Large hotel with resort feel. We were 'upgraded' to a family room which was strangely configured. Two of the lights flashed constantly when on, and the aircon in the main bedroom did not work properly. (Suspect we would have preferred the originally booked room.) Joinery is rather 'tired'. Was an easy walk to the old town and port area.

It was generally a nice hotel however for a 5 star place I would have expected proper mugs in the rooms rather than paper cups. I also feel the rooms in general (perhaps this was only the case in my room 1517) could do with a bit of sprucing up. The floors in the bathroom were all strained or marked and the shower cubicle door design is poor and not well sealed.

We booked a Deluxe with city view ew but we got view to a wall of the building and fans of the hotel. The room wasnt cleaned properly, dust everywhere especially the bathroom area( We taled to front desk but they only offered upgrade for extra even though the room they provided looked like a downgrade for us. Would not recommend. Breakfast was ok but again hygiene is poor, glasses and plates were dirty and not enough seats by sea( Staff is not qualified enough for that kind of a hotel

Situated in downtown area, parking was difficult for vans although the valet parked it for us. The facility, breakfast area and the staff is really good. This was the only hotel in Turkey where most of the staff spoke in English.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping

Rating: 2/5 Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Unfriendly Staff We stayed at Ramada expecting the usual standard of service from an international hotel brand, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. When we returned to our room after a full day of sightseeing with our two children, we were disappointed to find it hadn’t been cleaned. It was 10:30 PM and all we wanted was to shower and rest, but there was no housekeeping available. The lady at reception was the only one on duty and appeared visibly overwhelmed. She informed us that Guest Relations would assist us the next day, which did nothing to help in the moment. To make matters worse, not a single staff member offered to help us with our luggage upon arrival. Basic courtesies like a warm welcome or simple assistance were lacking throughout our stay. Based on recent reviews, it’s clear that poor housekeeping and substandard service are not isolated incidents. This is particularly disappointing considering the premium price we paid. This hotel seriously needs to review its staffing, training, and customer service standards. We will not be returning or recommending to family and friends

We booked the side sea view room with balcony. Cleaner Fatimah was very nice and gave excellent customer service. Unfortunately we found Staff in Breakfast to be pretty miserable, not even a smile! Room service was very poor as kept having to ring for water etc.
