Our ferry from Scotland was delayed 10 hours and we ended up checking in at 2.45am. Zoe and her staff were amazing with their help and fast tracking check in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. A truly wonderful place to stay

Fabulous place

Fantastic place to stay. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The food selection is lovely and they cater so well for gluten free. Nothing is too much trouble. Only suggestion I gave us a few more gluten free cereal/bread or pastry/muffins breakfast options which would mean a lot. Rooms are clean, airy and comfortable. Location is great.

The stay&the room was fantastic no complaints but the breakfast was terrible,was the only guest that was not offered tea or coffee&the only thing that was warm or hot with the breakfast was the plate.
