Front desk staff could have been more friendly (a smile would have been nice). Huge spot of mold in our room on the ceiling. Rudely awaken during the night by neighbouring room messing with the connecting door. We asked for a king bed not two singles stuck together (VERY uncomfortable sleep before a 9hr flight). Room was horribly ventilated and completely steamed up after one shower. Greeting staff at buffet could have also been nicer. Highly recommend training in customer service!

Mixed Review

The room was small and crammed with too much furniture. The bedside light didn’t work. The grout on the trim in the bathroom was a mess and unfinished. The bathroom door was made of frosted glass and made a loud cracking sound when opened or closed. The maintenance crew did fix it when we brought it to their attention. Lambrose, at the front desk, was the best part of our stay, with his kind patience and listening to our complaints and doing his best to solve them and make us happy. The nightstand drawers were off the runners and did not work; the closet door was also off the runners and did not work. $35 per person for the buffet was very pricey and forced us to go out into the town to get dinner. The silver lining was the Cozy Beach Bar, where we were welcomed like old friends, and served promptly with delicious food, including the cozy burger, which was right up there with the top 10 burgers of all time.

Pros: amazing view from the main restsurant and patio. Overall cleanliness. Staff from main bar and restaurant and cart drivers were very friendly and service-oriented Nice variety of the breakfast buffet. Cons: Reception staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We had reserved 2 rooms and they first proposed 2 bungalows that were not close to one another (even though the room numbers were close). Electrical breaker of the room popped off a few times. AC was not working.

I tried to contact this property several times months before my travel by email, Expedia messaging and by phone. Finally , I talked to someone who assured me my request of staying in the same room for 2 nights (booked separately) was taken care of only to find out at arrival they had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to go back to the desk in the morning. On top of this, I had to request extra linen for my sofa bed, the main light was flickering (we requested twice for it to be fixed and was not) and the fridge was hot. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 am to ask when we were leaving (check out is 11 am) and the buffet is overly priced and not good! The payment system at the buffet restaurant is very discombobulated. The staff seem to have a communication break down which I don’t expect when I come to a top notch resort! The views are amazing!

The location was beautiful but my room was in poor condition. I paid for a room with a hot tub outside and it never worked. Additionally, one of the windows didn’t lock and it took 2 days to get it fixed so I had to keep valuables in car. Shower would leak all over the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

For a 5star I expected more. It was beauitiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was great! However, upon closer inspection it was noticeable the property was run down in areas (ei: broken walk ways, small bathroom/showers need remodeling). The gym was not what you expect at a 5-star hotel.

The hotel service was not up to par. Staff was not too friendly, no smile on their faces nor kindness to be found. The dinner was mediocre, maybe i paid too much for too little. Also, asked for two single beds, but that didn't happen, the cleaning lady forgot to refill towels. I asked for a shuttle to the airport at 35, which was later raised to 50 Euros(I used Uber which was far less and convenient. At the checkout time he couldn't printout a lthe final receipt due to system being down.

We tried to check in at 9pm (!!!!) but were told our room is not ready. They however offered us a free dinner at the Buffett which turned out to have the atmosphere of a bingo hall in a one star casino. They promised us to get a call once the room is ready which never happened. Room was dirty so stay away from this dump!

The staff were friendly enough and the room and amenities in it were adequate. The food was surprisingly not good. We had spent 10 nights in Greece before this final night before our flight out and it was a disappointment. It was also very overpriced for what it was. We had a club sandwich at lunch and there was hardly any chicken in the sandwich. The breakfast buffet only had hard boiled eggs at 7:45. Closer to 8 when we had to leave to catch our flight it looked like a cook might have been setting up an omelette station. The food was the worst we had in Greece and the most expensive.

This is a beautiful area, and a nice resort. We booked an all-inclusive stay. Once checked in and we went down to pool we went to grab some drinks and we were given a hard time because we did not have bracelets for the all-inclusive. At check-in the staff did not give them to us. We went back to desk later to see about the bracelets we were suppose to have, and the member at that time was kinda snarky as to why we wanted them at that point bc we left the following day. It came off kinda rude. We went to dinner that night, and as I was eating my food there was a beetle crawling in my salad. We spoke to the manager at front reception. They apologized, and we let them know we just wanted them to know, for the sake of future guests. They said they would comp something to our Expedia account. We haven’t received anything from them. Overall the area of the island is beautiful. For the cost of the one night stay and our experience it was very lackluster, and I would not revisit that resort again for future stays.

Property and hotel is good but room service was a problem Staff was not friendly room service was not paying attention and will not keep Towels in wasroo m It was difficult to contact front desk. . They were not picking phone when we called in evening They need to improve it
