The staff, the room, the beach were all great. This is a wonderful place to stay for me when arriving or leaving Greece. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra at the front desk. There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest. She was patient and competent. The hotel should be happy to have her. Rick Callahan.

The property was truly quite beautiful but the staff was unfriendly. We were treated as though our questions and needs were a bother to them. The hotel restaurant was expensive and the food, uninspired and not very good…..certainly not worth the cost.

Beautiful location, less than ideal room- good for families that don’t love their kids but want a resort vibe. Poolside bar playing music with generally mixed age crowd singing ABBA, Jon Bon Jovi, and Justin Timberlake until wee hours of morning tryna “get lucky”. Food in hotel restaurant subpar, but hotel staff was great! Really lovely folk & the waitress was excellent at her job. Close to airport, which is great, but don’t expect a ton of sleep the night before you fly!

This hotel is beautifully decorated and surrounded by water and hills. It has an amazing pool and beach area and large outdoor terrace for food/cocktails. As most everywhere around here, bathrooms are tiny. But otherwise great.

Disappointing 5 star resort. Bigger disappointment when taking the all-inclusive option that is in fact very limited. No a la carte restaurent option, tap wine only, bar rail alcool only….because of the time we arrived, no options were available in the inclusive so they accepted to refund..that was fair and nice for them to do.

Disappointing service

The hotel presents well, and the room was very nice. Unfortunately the reception staff don't give a good first impression, being very indifferent, verging on rude. While breakfast was good, the dinner was very average.

Breakfast looked good but tasted stale. 5 eur for a freddo cappuccino or else stick to the instant coffee from machine. Hotel presents lovely but rooms need a good scrub and dusting. Saw bugs in bungalow room. As well they need to install fixtures properly and make proper repairs as needed.

There was no running water in the hotel in the morning, so I could not shower. That is unacceptable! I plan to get a refund. Additionally, there was loud music playing at a nearby establishment until midnight. I had to be at the airport at 6am. Just an overall terrible experience, unexpected from Wyndham.

Front desk staff could have been more friendly (a smile would have been nice). Huge spot of mold in our room on the ceiling. Rudely awaken during the night by neighbouring room messing with the connecting door. We asked for a king bed not two singles stuck together (VERY uncomfortable sleep before a 9hr flight). Room was horribly ventilated and completely steamed up after one shower. Greeting staff at buffet could have also been nicer. Highly recommend training in customer service!
