Apalling in this day and age to pay $120+ a night and not even have a freaking bottle of water in the room upon arrival. And a colleague who experienced the same said the employee was doing him a "massive solid" by giving him one small cheap bottle. Just disappointing, wont be staying with Crowne Plaza again in the future, which is a shame because 10 years ago these were quite nice and luxury.

Bed and pillows were so comfy. Staff was so responsive. I’m a bit bummed they don’t have free coffee. There is a keurig in the room but it didn’t work well. The drip was $4 plus even tho they were dumping it at 11. But the kiosk was supposed to be open until 12. Other than that I will def stay there again. The staff was really sweet and the room was super quiet.

First, I must say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Aestically appealing and absolutely gorgeous! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by courteous and kind staff. The check-in process was very easy, they were able to answer my questions and assured me that my enjoying my stay was their top priority. Very professional and classy. My room was very clean and up to date. Very impressive, not to mention the view---absolutely breathtaking view overlooking the city. I would highly recommend Crown Plaza when choosing a hotel to stay. You won't be disappointed!
