The property was nice. But we were expecting our bed to be at least made when we came back to the room and our towels to be replaced. Giving the assumption that our room was passed over when cleaning our floor. The lobby smelt like dog.

The place is amazing front staff and others were not much help i was there 2 in a half days and the fire alarm went off both nights around 3 am and they couldn't tell me why, i also asked for clean linens and towels and never received them. This was our first time at this hotel!! It was magical for sure. So many things to mention and wished that I could give it more than 5 stars. Danny, the bartender was amazing as well and even treated my kiddo special for her birthday. Love this place and will definitely be back
